SHIPPING POLICY

When an order is placed it does not mean it ships the day you place the order. Orders placed on weekends do not start to process until the next business day. We will do are best to expedite UPS air freight shipments when inventory is available to be shipped out. When inventory becomes available it will ship the method you have selected. Please contact us 5 business days from when you placed the order by email and you will get a response back from us as to when the order will arrive. If your product is backordered, we will request that you notify us by email if you want the order canceled.

RETURN POLICY

The Service Centers return policy on Garden Drip Irrigation is that if a product is defective it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the defective product back. If the product is determined not to be defective a 15% re-stocking charge may be applied. If the product is defective the product will be replaced and the customer will be charged a shipping charge to have the product returned to his location. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on defective products or returned products that the customer does not want.
